Anthony Edwards Poster/Social Media Post | 8.5x11”

I designed this graphic as a self-initiated project featuring Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards. My goal was to showcase my versatility as a designer and demonstrate the type of creative work I can produce for sports organizations—an industry I’m passionate about.

I approached this piece with the intention of making it adaptable across multiple formats, including social media posts, poster prints, and potential apparel graphics. To align the design with the Timberwolves’ branding, I utilized their signature palette of vibrant green and deep navy blue. I selected a range of expressive photos that capture Anthony Edwards’ bold, energetic, and charismatic presence, emphasizing him as the franchise player.

To give the piece a collectible feel, I incorporated elements inspired by classic NBA trading card aesthetics, including the player’s name and jersey number for added context and personality.

The final result allowed me to create something authentic to the team’s identity while highlighting my ability to work within the visual language of professional basketball—making it a strong example of the type of work I hope to contribute to sports design teams.
