Jerry Schaefer Business Cards | 3.5”x2”

I designed and printed these business cards for Jerry Schaefer, an author, writer, and blogger published by ExpandJoy. Jerry wanted a card that felt professional but playful — something that would communicate his work and entice people to explore his books.

To achieve that balance I kept ExpandJoy’s signature orange as the primary accent color and used soft, rounded shapes to add depth and approachability. A clean sans-serif typeface reinforces a modern, readable layout while the angled shapes and layered panels introduce subtle three-dimensionality so the card doesn’t feel flat. The front highlights Jerry’s role and contact details; the back showcases his publisher and selected titles to spark curiosity and provide context.

The result is a polished, on-brand card that reflects both Jerry’s professional identity and the playful spirit of his publisher. The client was very satisfied with the final print.
