Turkish Grill Kebab A-Frame Sign | 24”x36”

I designed this A-frame sidewalk sign for Turkish Grill Kebab, a restaurant located on 2nd Street in Long Beach. With their high foot traffic, the client wanted a sign that would quickly capture attention and showcase the variety of food they offer.

My goal was to create a clean, visually balanced layout that could be easily read from a distance. Since most viewers would only glance at the sign for a moment while walking by, I emphasized clear hierarchy and large, appetizing images of the dishes.

To reflect the restaurant’s Turkish identity, I used warm brown tones paired with a light cream background for contrast, ensuring the text remained legible. The ornamental patterns and serif typeface were chosen to complement the cultural aesthetic while maintaining a modern, inviting look. The color contrast in the background also helped separate the main dishes from desserts and drinks, giving the menu structure and clarity.

The final design effectively communicated the restaurant’s offerings while aligning with its brand identity, resulting in an eye-catching display that draws in passing customers.
